If there was ever a man for his time, General Douglas MacArthur was it. Who can forget the iconic image when General MacArthur landed on a beach in the Philippines in World War II wearing his original Bausch & Lomb aviators. It became a lasting image of the Second World War. Inspired by MacArthur, we made two frames in his honor - The General and Douglas. Few eyeglass designs are as cool as these and the fact that they've inspired new generations to wear them is a testament to their everlasting design. If you require this in a larger size, choose Douglas 58.
